These laws and regulations are published in the German Federal Law Gazette, and can also be obtained from the Chartered Institute of German Patent Attorneys.

Patent attorneys practising for our office are members of the Chartered Institute of German Patent Agents and are subjects to the Patent Attorneys` regulation (“Patentanwaltsordnung”), the professional regulations for Patent Attorneys (“Berufsordnung für Patentanwälte“) and the FICPI standard rules. All our attorneys providing representation at the European Patent Office are members of the EPI (Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office) and are subject to the rules of the Code of Professional Conduct of the EPI.
